Payment Policy
Payment must be remitted from a bank account or payment card held in the same name as the registered Art Exchanger bidder account. To ensure compliance with accounting standards, Art Exchanger reserves the right to decline any requests to issue invoices, tax invoices, or receipts to an alternative name or entity after the sale is completed.

Total Purchase Cost
The final amount payable by the Winning Bidder consists of the Hammer Price plus a Buyer’s Premium of 15% (subject to 7% VAT, totaling 16.05% of the Hammer Price). Additional fees may apply based on your chosen payment method (e.g., a 3% fee for Credit Card payments) as outlined in our Auction Rules and Payment terms.

Shipping & International Export/Import
For lots requiring international transit, it is the Buyer’s sole responsibility to obtain and pay for all necessary export licenses (such as the Fine Arts Department permit) and destination import permits. Any denial or delay in securing these permits will not justify the cancellation of the sale or a delay in payment.
