We aim to respond to your enquiry within 10 business days. If your submission requires review by multiple departments or specialists, the process may take slightly longer.

Yes, you may. To help us review your items as quickly as possible, please submit a separate enquiry for each. If you wish to submit a large number of items, please contact our Client Services team for further assistance.

We are pleased to offer complimentary auction estimates for items we consider suitable for sale.

Once your submission has been reviewed, one of our specialists will contact you to confirm whether your item is suitable for auction or private sale. If accepted, they will discuss the most appropriate sales channel, along with all related terms, fees, and timelines.

We do not accept direct artist submissions. As an auction house working in the secondary market, we only accept items that have already sold via a gallery or advisor on the primary market.

If your item remains unsold, we will return it to you free of charge within Bangkok and surrounding areas. For returns outside Bangkok, the consignor will be responsible for any delivery costs related to the unsold item.
